Effective September 14, 2026. California Premium Pistachios uses the information you choose to share to operate its launch list and, when available, process orders.

Information we collect

The launch form collects your email address, product interest, email consent, and campaign source. We may store a pseudonymous network identifier and request time to prevent abuse. Your bag is stored in your browser. We do not run advertising pixels on this storefront.

How information is used

We use launch-list information to send the product updates you requested and manage wholesale interest. Once checkout opens, Stripe processes your payment details; we receive the order, contact, and delivery information needed to fulfill it. We do not receive or store your complete card number.

Service providers

Website hosting, database storage, payment processing, and abuse prevention may be provided by Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and Cloudflare. These providers receive information necessary to perform their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

To withdraw consent, request access or deletion, or correct your information, contact info@californiapremiumpistachios.com. For order-specific support, use orders@californiapremiumpistachios.com. Marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option. We retain launch-list data while you remain subscribed and review inactive records after 12 months. Order and accounting records may require longer retention.

Children and changes

This storefront is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Changes to this policy will be posted with an updated effective date.
