What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? ▼

Our MOQ depends on the product: 500 lbs for in-shell, 200 lbs for kernels, and 50 lbs for paste. For first-time buyers, we offer flexible pilot orders starting at 500 lbs to test the market before committing to a full container.

What payment terms do you accept? ▼

For first orders, we require 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping (T/T wire transfer). For repeat buyers, we offer Net 30 terms and can work with Letters of Credit (L/C) for container-load orders.

How long does shipping take? ▼

Transit times from Port of Los Angeles: Central America 7-12 days, Europe 18-22 days, Middle East 25-30 days, Asia 14-18 days. Production and export documentation typically add 5-7 business days before vessel departure.

What is the shelf life of your pistachios? ▼

In-shell pistachios: 12 months when stored properly (cool, dry, <25°C). Kernels: 6-9 months vacuum-sealed. Paste: 12+ months unopened. All products ship with remaining shelf life clearly documented on the Certificate of Analysis.

Do you handle customs and import documentation? ▼

Yes. We provide all export-side documentation: USDA Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Analysis. For DDP orders, we coordinate with destination customs brokers as well.
