Shipping & returns

We are developing the first collection and are not taking preorders. The following is our planned U.S. launch policy. Confirmed product availability and shipping estimates will appear before purchase.

Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is planned at $6.95, with free standard shipping on merchandise orders of $55 or more. Tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable product treatment. Supported destinations and any restrictions will be confirmed before payment.

We will publish a dispatch estimate once our production and fulfillment partners are confirmed. Do not rely on a delivery date until it is shown with an available product. We will not charge for unavailable inventory.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

For order help, contact orders@californiapremiumpistachios.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photos help us investigate damage. We will review affected items for a replacement or refund. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.

Food returns

For food safety, we do not plan to accept change-of-mind returns of opened food. Please contact us before returning anything. Do not consume food with a broken seal or suspected quality issue.

Cancellations

Contact orders@californiapremiumpistachios.com as soon as possible if you need to change an order. We will attempt to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank controls when the credit becomes visible.
